This home has never been on the rental market before! The new owners just purchased this beautiful beach walk home and are making their home available for all to enjoy as well.  Come and enjoy your beach vacation at this 4 bedroom 3 bath home on one of the quietest streets in the Town of Edisto Beach! 

Their are four bedroom in this home; two of which along with the family family room open to an enclosed and finished sun porch for you to relax and enjoy the yachts coming in to the Marina. The sunporch is beautifully decorated with two coastal daybeds to offer you additional sleeping for 2. The master enjoys a lovely seating area just off of the master suite on the sunporch as well.

There is a large cabana area under the house for outdoor entertaining out of the sun complete with a bar and sink for those get togethers with your family. In addition Fins & Feathers has a Hot AND Cold enclosed outdoor shower  to wash away the days sand from your fun on the beach.  There is plenty of seating for your family while you enjoy a game of darts or corn hole as well!  The covered picnic table offers al fresco dining even if it's raining.

The large family room has high ceilings and is open to the kitchen so everyone can be together even while cooking or watching the big game on the large screen tv.   

Relax in rocking chairs on the sun deck on the back of the house overlooking large back yard while the kids play. 

The Beach access is just a short walk from the house where you can walk onto the beach and enjoy a long walk on Edisto's beaches or stroll down to the entrance to Big Bay Creek at sunset where you most likely will see Dolphins swimming.  This beach area is the most popular on Edisto with low waves and gorgeous sunsets.  

We share this home weekly Saturday to Saturday during most seasons.  Nightly vacations are allowed during all season except the prime summer season.  Pets (dogs only) are allowed up to a maximum of 2, depending upon size/breed with a non-refundable pet fee per dog.
