Welcome to Granddaddy's Beach House! Formerly Dolphin Watch. This beach front home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on a beautiful large lot with it's own private walkway to the beach! The ownership has just changed and the new owners will be doing some upgrades over the next couple of months. We will have all new pictures the end of November. This home has been a rental priorly and has a large following from what we are told, and once you stay here it will become your new favorite go to beach house on Edisto! Large screened in porch on the beach side with another private screened porch just off the main guest bedroom on the first level. Plenty of seating options outside and picnic table for outdoor dining. Propane Gas Grill on the carport level with a hot and cold shower and plenty of room for games. Bedding is being changed but will sleep at least 12 in beds. The lot is large and private and is on the sound down near where a lot of days around sunset you can see Dolphins around the entrance to Big Bay Creek. Linens are not included but we do have a linen package you can choose at reservation or afterwards. Your dog is welcome depending upon breed and with a pet fee payment per dog, max is two here. Note that the pictures currently on this page are what was there when the house was purchased. Some of the furniture is going to be replaced or moved soon.
