Heart and Sol of Edisto Beach was just built and is a lovely Four Bedroom 4.5 bath beach walk home with views of pond with a short peaceful walk to the ocean.  Every bedroom is a "suite" meaning each one has it's own private bath.   If you are looking for a finely appointed home in a quiet setting yet still close to the beach, Heart and Sol is it!  Very unique on Edisto Beach.....a home with no neighbors to the left, right or behind the house at this time!  The "neighbor" to the left of the house is one of Edisto Beach's quiet ponds.   Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bath plus a half bath just off the family room.   Large open family room/ kitchen area so everyone is in on the fun.   Separate Dining Room just off the kitchen with it's own entrance to screen porch.   All new furnishings and large kitchen bar.   Outside hot/cold tower shower so nice that you may want to use instead of the inside baths!   Nice backyard for games with guests, firepit for those cooler months and a ping pong table and corn hole game for your family tournaments! 
 For your outdoor grilling there is a new propane grill and a picnic table to enjoy what you prepare.  Wet weather entrance and front porch.   All rooms have flat screen tvs with a large flat screen in the family room.   Perfect for your beach vacation anytime of year!
