Late Spring Specials and Summer Specials Now through 2nd week of August, 2026

Oceanfront The Boat House has an open week right now May 10th to the 17th, May 24th to the 31st and SUMMER HIGH SEASON DATES THAT ARE OPEN.   Use code "Boat House" for a 10% discount off the base rate for a stay of at least 3 nights and up to 6 nights!   For a week's stay you can use code "Boat House 7" for a 12% discount off the base rate.  Right now Summer High Season Rates require a 7 night stay.    

Palmetto Rose has an open week the last week in April and one the first week of May 2026.   Use code "Rose" for a 10% discount off of any stay of at least 3 nights during those times! 

Seaview has open days now through mid May...use code "Seaview" for a 10% discount off the base rate for a stay of 3 nights or more!

Three Little Birds Oceanfront Home has days open between now and end of May 2026,  use code "3 Little Birds" for a 10% discount off of 3 nights or more!
