New to our options for oceanfront vacations on Edisto Beach and in fact has never been on the vacation rental market and we expect this luxury home to be ready for your vacation by the first of June 2026. This new owners are putting the final touches on the upgrades and these pictures DO NOT represent what the final interior or furnishings will be like when done! so allow us to walk you through the many upgrades. We will update the pictures as the upgrades are completed.

From it's dramatic entry which opens up to soaring wooden ceilings, curved floating stairway to the 2nd level and expansive ocean facing windows you will feel like you have arrived at the best vacation rental home on the beach. With a three stop elevator to assist with check-in and check out, this 6 bedroom home has two main suites on the Oceanfront, (one up and one down); there is space in this home for everyone with two bedrooms downstairs and four upstairs sleeping 24 guests. This is the perfect oceanfront home for family gatherings or group retreats. Allow us to walk you through this exceptional oceanfront home.

As you enter you will be greeted by the grand floating hardwood staircase, which elegantly connects the two levels and complements the soaring ceilings throughout the home. Continue on to the family room highlighted by a 90-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace and complemented by huge windows the ocean giving you panoramic ocean views; you will feel like you are in the grandest of ocean yachts.

Enjoy cooking? Continue past the family room to the kitchen with all Corian countertops and you will really the Viking downdraft cook top and the large Viking refrigerator. In addition there is a large extra refrigerator just off the kitchen in the laundry room. In regards to the laundry room, it's a real "room", large with countertops not a closet.

Enjoy a great bottle of wine? The Boat House also has a climate controlled wine storage room on the first level as well with room for hundreds of bottles....not that you would do that but there are plenty of cradles!

Just past this is a guest bedroom and office with beautiful real murphy bed and desk.

The Main suite on this level encompasses one entire side of the first level with it's private entrance to the oceanfront deck. This oceanfront suite has two queen beds looking at the ocean and a fireplace, an ensuite bath with jetted tub, dual vanities and dual water closets as well as a walk in shower as well as grandchild room with bunk bed for when the grandkids or kids want to spend the night in the same suite; the perfect Grandparent suite!

Looking for entertainment also? The entire beach level provides an enclosed recreation haven with ping pong table, basketball game, corn hole and more. Add to the list of amenities an enclosed hot/cold shower on this level to wash off the sand before entering the house. There is also a half bath in the finished area of this level so you don't have to go all the way upstairs if you are outside enjoying the beach.

We always strongly urge our guests to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance at time of booking. We have multiple carriers to choose from if you want some suggestions for who to purchase from. We do receive a small commission from the carriers we suggest but we don't care if you use any one of your own choosing. We do not recommend one particular carrier as the type policies they offer seem to change quite often. We do suggest where ever you purchase a policy from you do get a "Cancel for any Reason" type policy. Please ask us about where you can purchase a policy from and we will be happy to forward you a link to the different carriers we have. These type policies are fairly inexpensive when compared to the total cost of your vacation and if you are coming during the hurricane season it is a wise thing to consider purchasing. This home rents Sunday to Sunday to during seasons that require a 7 night minimum.

Rates are subject to change at anytime prior to booking without prior notification. Rates shown are the base rates only and do not include cleaning, insurance waiver $120.00, accommodation's taxes, pet fees or any add-ons you may choose. Rates are per night unless you are coming in a season that has a 7 night minimum. Check in /out day is Sunday for seasons that do have a 7 night minimum. Reservations are not refundable unless we are able to re-rent out your reserved time. We do offer a way to purchase trip cancellation insurance which we strongly urge you to purchase either from us or a carrier of your own choosing.
